Three polls have Bush already losing to Kerry. Another yawn. Gallup has Kerry ahead of Bush 53% - 46%. Quinnipiac University has Kerry leading Bush 51% - 43%. And Newsweek from last week has Kerry over Bush 48% - 46%. Each has its own flaws like polling registered voters rather than likely voters or polling the general populace rather than specific states, from which the electoral vote will come or using dubious weighting of their results. The other problem is they're taken in FEBRUARY!. The election is 9 months off and John Kerry isn't the nominee yet. He could still falter and if he doesn't he's going to be so battered by the general election he's going to need botox over his entire body to hide the damage.
