Laws Run Amok?

No offense to you folks from Georgia, but this is just plain stupid. I thought Georgia was a conservative state? I believe that the last thing conservatives should be doing is passing more legislation that infringes on personal rights. We have enough laws on the books, we don't need any more. In fact, we should be looking for ways to eliminate and sunset more laws and make government more manageable. If someone wants to smoke in his car with his kids then fine. Although it's stupid, the state should not be interfering.
