Send in the Clowns

John Kerry claims President Bush has left us vulnerable to attack and that as president Kerry would be "prepared to appoint a special envoy of the quality of Bill Clinton" to forge consensus in trouble spots such as the Middle East. I don't know about the concensus part, but I do know there would be a lot of stained dresses.
